1. Wash the spinach.
2. Divide it among 4 plates.
3. Top each with 2 tablespoons of cranberries and 1/4 of the onion slices.
4. Combine the bacon, honey, lime juice and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
5. Heat it in the microwave on high for 1 minute or until warm.
6. Pour 1/4 of the dressing over the salads.
7. Serve with the bread sticks.
