I adore tomatoes, and this is most assuredly one of my very favorite recipes. It’s a combination of sweet and tangy and is a very unique blend of flavors.
Ingredients -
6 Plum Tomatoes, chopped
1 Jar Stuffed Olives, (5 ounce), drained and halved
3/4 Cup Catalina Salad Dressing
1 Small Onion, chopped
1/4 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, olives, dressing, onion and pepper.
2. Mix well.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Dry Roasted Peanuts
Dry roasted peanuts are the traditional nut used but try using pistachios, cashews, or slivered almonds. They are equally as tasty.
