I love this recipe the ranch dressing, crunchy corn and the bacon really make this salad taste great. But hey bacon makes everything taste great.
Ingredients -
1/3 Cup Ranch dressing
1/3 Cup Barbecue Sauce
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
3 Pounds Small Red Potatoes (cooked and quartered)
1 Can Whole Kernel Corn, (drained, 11 oz)
1/2 Cup Red Peppers (chopped)
1/2 Cup Red Onion (chopped)
8 Slices Bacon (crisply cooked and crumbled)
Preparation:
1. In a large bowl mix dressing, barbecue sauce and mustard.
2. Except for the bacon Add all of the remaining ingredients
3. Stir lightly.
4. Sprinkle top of salad with bacon.
5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Try baking it. Then the pieces are flat and easier to crumble up into little pieces.
