Bacon Tuna Crunchy Noodle Salad

With healthy tuna that is packed in water, cabbage, celery, bacon, crushed Ramen noodles and a little green onion and mayonaise you have a wonderful side salad that will compliment any dish.
Ingredients -
2 Cans of Tuna (packed in water)
1 Bag Prepackaged Shredded Cabbage
1 Package of Ramen (crushed)
2 Stalks Sliced Celery (finely sliced)
4 Slices of Cooked Bacon (chopped)
2 Stalks Green Onion (chopped)
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Mayonnaise to taste
 
Preparation:

1. Drain the water from the can of tuna.

2. Add the ramen, bacon, celery and Mayonnaise to desired consistency.

3. Salt and pepper to taste.

4. Arrange on cabbage.

5. Garnish with the green onion.

Make sure you taste the amount of mayonnaise that you are putting in as you go along so that you don’t end up with a mush mess that over powers all of the other delicious flavors.

As another garnish try using chopped up sun dried tomatoes. It would add a nice little extra boost of unexpected flavor.
